The practice of family law can be very different from the law itself. This seminar provides valuable insight into the realities of family law for lawyers and legal assistants, and key strategies and practice tips to manage the challenges. With a variety of topics, participants will learn the tips and tricks of the trade from an experienced panel. In the morning, the seminar will host lawyers and assistants in separate rooms, then come together in the afternoon for the remaining presentations.

You don't need to be an ACTLA member to attend.
