This precedent was first presented at LESA's Family Law: Chambers Advocacy and Practice Pointers seminar on April 21, 2017. Updated December 30, 2022 as it was horribly outdated. Can someone tell me if Family Resolution Court in Provincial Court is even a thing anymore?? I haven't been in Provincial Court in years, and when I am I usually push straight to JDR. Feedback is much appreciated, as I'm not in court as often as I used to be.
