DOJ's Divorce Act Changes Explained

I've attached the Department of Justice Canada's publication which addresses each of the changes to the Divorce Act, and the rationale behind each change.

This will be very useful if you have to argue the interpretation of a provision.

Most changes come into effect July 1, 2020, although the document also sets out the effective date of each provision.
