I hand this out to all new clients who have children, regardless of whether there is a parenting issue or not. It is meant to pre-emptively address many of the ways in which disputes can lead to conflict, or in which client behaviour can appear inappropriate to the Court.

This handout was first distributed at LESA's Family Law 25 seminar on March 3 and 8, 2016.
