The attached was forwarded by Tina Huizinga as a follow up to the issues raised by the family bar regarding PN2 during her panel at this year's refresher. Following that discussion, Justice Yungwirth asked Tina to provide a summary of the discussion. Attached is Chief Justice Moreau's comments and response.
