All the CBA Family Law North Section will have Toronto-based leading researcher/ scholar/trainer Dr. Michael Saini, Chair of Law and Social Work at UofT, speaking to us on "Educating Your Family Law Client to Avoid False Binary Positions on Parent-Child Contact Problems" - i.e. alienation vs family violence -- and it's never that simple!

The registration link will be going out this week.

Dr. Saini is also coming to the AFCC Alberta Conference in Banff - Feb 29/Mar 1, 2024 for a more in- depth workshop on this important stuff -- we all grapple with. These are truly valuable not-to-be missed professional development opportunities.
