If anyone is looking for mediation, med/arb or arbitration, the process can be set however counsel agree. My office can videoconference, or by telephone, or in writing as the parties choose and we can discuss shortened timelines for an arbitration award. Please discuss between the parties, and if agreeable, call my office to arrange for a conference call to address any questions. Stay safe all!
