The guest speakers will be doing a mock court application and interview with the psychologist to address issues of when and how to ask for expert reports under Practice Notes 7 and 8 in family law proceedings. Perspectives will be shared from the point of view of the court’s considerations, the psychologist’s considerations, children’s counsel arguments, and as parents’ counsel arguments
