Is this course suitable for beginners? I have not taken any negotiation courses so far. Would this cours ebe suitable for me?

The seminar is designed to build on top of interest based negotiation training, such as LESA's interest-based negotiation course. I believe that PREP also has some negotiation content. Anyone who attends will learn a lot of useful information, but without that background knowledge, some concepts might go over an attendee's head, or they might get a bad idea of proper negotiation techniques. If they can't attend LESA's interest-based negotiation course, I'd recommend that they at least read Getting to Yes, which is a relatively-short book which will introduce many basic concepts.
