Note that the new unmarried property division rules came out after the brochure was written. Instead, for my part I'll be presenting an overview of the new law and how it will affect practice, and then teach assistants some financial disclosure tricks, ways to make Sworn Statements of Income, Assets, and Liabilities more useful, and spending quite a bit of time addressing business disclosure, both of the shares and as it pertains to income, particularly in light of Cunningham, Sweezey, and Chateauvert.
