Briefly summarized, the changes to FPN7 and FPN8 allow for desk applications for Interventions and Child Custody/Parenting Evaluations, and impose new deadlines for the ordering of parenting experts and scheduling applications. The new versions of FPN7 and FPN8 also include Forms for the FPN7 Preliminary Intervention Order, the FPN7 Intervention Order and the FPN8 Evaluation Order. Parenting Coordination is no longer included in FPN7.
