As lawyers representing children, when do we need more information? What if your child client needs more than a lawyer? How do we get expert information for Court? How do we obtain further assistance for our clients? What is available?
In this session, two psychologists with experience as expert witnesses will provide information on the various types of assessments and treatments available including Voice of Child Reports and other Practice Note 7 Interventions in family law; psychological treatment following motor vehicle accidents; psycho-educational assessments; and, various types of therapy available for children.
