On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at Noon the Family Law South Section Executives will be holding a Video/Call Conference.
The Executive of the Family Law South Section will be presenting a summary of the changes to family law due to the Covid-19 pandemic via Zoom video conference. Topics presented will include: Signing/witnessing/commissioning documents, changes at the Provincial Court, changes at Queen's Bench, Covid-19 case law, changes at MEP/Land Titles/client services, and changes to Court filing/payment of fees. Written materials will be made available. Limited spaces available so please sign up as soon as possible.
