"Bankruptcy and Insolvency"
Ms. Frederick will provide an introduction to bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a particular focus on family law issues. She will explain how bankruptcy and proposals work, the role of the bank when separating debts between spouses, and child and spousal support during and after insolvency, among other topics. Master Schulz and Master Birkett will give the Court's perspective on bankruptcy and insolvency Chambers practice - what to do and what not to do. The panelists will be available to answer questions at the end of the presentation.
