"Don't Forget to Change Out of your Pajamas" and Other Great Tips for Success in Video Court Appearances at Each Level of Court."
Justice D. Pentelechuk of the Court of Appeal, Justice A.D. Grosse of the Court of Queen's Bench, and Judge A. Veylan of the Provincial Court Family and Youth Division will provide an update on the types of video court appearances occurring at each level of court, provide "do's" and "don'ts" for successful video court appearances, and speak to what lawyers need to know to make the best of video court hearings. Additionally, Justice Pentelechuk will speak about an upcoming pilot project in the Court of Appeal which will impact fast track appeals.
