The Paralegal & Legal Assistant point of view in Family Law. The presentation is primarily focused on vetting and organizing disclosure documents in response to the Notice to Disclose / Application, highlighting, identifying, and extracting the documents that may support the construction of the counsel’s legal argument. There will also be a brief discussion about tracking deficiencies, document management strategy, and the creation of electronic disclosure binders.
