This is the registration page for Pensions in Family Law Clinic (Edmonton). This program is also being offered in-person in Calgary and as a livestream program.

Attend this full-day program for an in-depth look at pensions law in the context of family situations, particularly as it relates to the division of family property. Attendees will have the opportunity to work through family law case files, where both parties have pensions, to develop strategies for addressing pension issues in matters involving the division of family property.

A general understanding of pension law in Alberta will enhance the learning outcomes offered in Pensions in Family Law Clinic. Although not a pre-requisite, you may wish to also attend The Winds of Change: Developments in Pension Law (with the option to attend in-person in Edmonton or Calgary or via livestream) in advance of this program.
