"Please join the Family Law South Section for this special bonus lunch with Tina Huizinga, K.C. Tina argued Peters v Atchooay 2022 ABCA 347 before the Alberta Court of Appeal in November 2021. The decision was released on October 31, 2022. No longer will Hunt v Smolis-Hunt 2001 ABCA 229 govern the imputation of income for child support. We look forward to the discussion on how “deliberate evasion” has been replaced by “reasonableness”. This will be a virtual presentation."
