"Once again, the CBA Family Law North Section is proud to host the Family Law A-Fair in conjunction with the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. This event promotes an understanding of family law practice for law students, providing students with an opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced family law practitioners, meet with family lawyers and judges and learn more about a career in family law.

Law students are invited to join in to learn and discuss with experienced family practitioners. This year, find out about the variety of firm structures and practice in Family Law in Alberta. You will hear from lawyers in boutique firms, full service firms, small and larger firms, practicing in larger centres vs rural areas. You will hear about litigation, mediation, arbitration and Registered Collaborative Family Law. Hear family law success stories from all areas of practice.

And don’t forget about fantastic door-prizes for students!
