This conversation will explore screening for family violence as part of case preparation.
By clarifying abusive patterns of behaviour and the motivations clients have for the use of such behaviour, Legal professionals can be supported in making better referrals for psychological services to facilitate voluntary case resolution or more effective use of PN7 interventions.
