The Practice Note 7 and Practice Note 8 Review Committee, chaired by Justice Pentelechuk, has proposed extensive changes to PN7 and PN8, which are described at:

Justice Pentelechuk and Justice Yungwirth will provide further information about the new Practice Notes. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists at the end of the presentation.
