All the CBA Family Law North Section will have Toronto-based leading researcher/ scholar/trainer Dr. Michael Saini, Chair of Law and Social Work at UofT, speaking to us on "Educating Your Family Law Client to Avoid False Binary Positions on Parent-Child Contact Problems" - i.e. alienation vs family violence -- and it's never that simple!
