International Support Conventions Come into Effect on February 1, 2024

The 2020 Divorce Act amendments included provisions incorporating the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance. Those provisions have been proclaimed to come into force on February 1, 2024.
