I've been working on a new website to educate both the public and lawyers about the benefits of arbitration in family law matters. With Covid shutting down the courts for who knows how long, ADR has taken heightened importance. Arbitration can be conducted by telephone or video-conference.

When advising your clients that their court date will not be proceeding, please consider providing them the option of arbitration.
