Website Updates: Home Page Links, Share Buttons, and Changes to Voting

I've implemented three updates to this website.

The first is that the links and child support calculator on the home page have been updated. Thank you to those who pointed out that it was out of date.

The second is that we used to have share buttons on most pages through AddThis, but apparently they shut down a couple years ago, so we now have sharing buttons through ShareThis.

The third is that I've made it so that you can see individual upvotes and downvotes on each comment. That way it's apparent if there are split upvotes and downvotes, which might highlight that a response is controversial. The wise Marla Miller, KC had suggested this feature years ago, and I'd previously sought feedback: https://familycounsel.ca/news.php?id=11741 Thank you Marla!

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with any of these changes.
