Not clear if this is online training or in person, and if so, where?

It's an ONLINE training and very good! Experienced Arbitrators and trainers from across Canada (ON, MB, BC, AB). I took the course last year and would recommend it.

I am interested in taking the course and this is my first arbitration course. Is this a first step and future training is required or does this provide enough training to start an arbitration practice?
